2026-2027
PREP Registration is now open for 2026-2027.
You’ll get a discount if you register by July 31! The discounted cost is $60 per child, and $120 for two or more children.
Please register by clicking on the button below. You will come to a Formation Registration form. Click on the drop-down arrow to the right of “Formation Class” and select PREP 2026/2027. Then, complete the form. Once you have registered, you will be prompted to make your payment.
For families with two or more children, please complete a form for each child, and make your payment once you have registered the last child. When you are on the payment screen, if you have more than two children who are registered, please select "2" for the quantity, so that you are charged the correct amount of $120.
