While Lent is a time for prayer, fasting and almsgiving, it’s also a time to enjoy our delicious Lenten Fish Fry dinners. This year, the Fish Fry dinners will take place every Friday during Lent. They begin Friday, February 20, and continue through Friday, March 27.
Wondering what’s on the menu? Check out our menu in English and menu in Spanish.
You’ll also have a new side to choose from---Kenny’s Coney Island "Colobo'" French Frys . Colobos are a Coney Island treat and similar to French fries, but prepared with more tender loving care, and they’re much better than frozen fries ! They are a thick-cut fry that’s crispy on the outside with a fluffy, soft inside. Goes GREAT with a fish sandwich & Cole Slaw!. Come and check them out! You won’t find this authentic Coney Island treat anywhere else in Gettysburg!
The Lenten Fish Fry dinners take place at the Xavier Center, from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. The Xavier Center is located at 465 Table Rock Rd. Gettysburg. Mark your calendar now to attend. You’ll be glad you did! Please note that in the event of a remote learning or snow day closure, Fry is cancelled for that night.
