Deepen Your Faith With Discovering Christ

Dear Parish family and friends,

Guess what?  Discovering Christ is coming to St. Francis Xavier.  Yes, I know you’ve likely heard a lot about it recently.  Well as of today, we have well over 70 people already signed up for it!  So, if you’re thinking: “I don’t want to be the only one” – don’t worry, you won’t!

Many of us have been Catholic all our lives.  Others of us are (recent) converts to the Catholic faith.  What about someone who’s not even Christian – can they come?  Or someone who’s not even sure where they stand with faith at all?  Discovering Christ is for anyone – and for everyone.  Discovering Christ is a seven-week course that is meant to help us answer the deeper questions we all desire answers to, like: What’s the Meaning of Life?  Why Does Jesus Matter?  How Can I Be Truly Happy?  And we do this in a way that is relevant, relational, non-threatening, and enjoyable.  

Not able to come to all 7 weeks?  No worries – there’s a plan for that.  Have young children and need childcare?  No worries.  There’ll be onsite childcare available for the weekly evening sessions.  The deadline to register is September 8.  Sign up at our parish website, or print forms are available in the lobby.
